Chicken Pasta Veggie Dish - Sharon Neves {Yummy In My Tummy}

I thought it would be SO much fun to create a new series!  I have decided to call it Yummy In My Tummy.  Who knows.. maybe the idea popped in my head because I am 30 weeks pregnant!!  I would love for this to be a series for all!  You do not have to be a professional photographer, I just would love for the blogs to each include 4-10 pictures!!!  If you do have a business.. I would be happy to promote it in the post!!  I will kick this series off with a recipe that I really created from scratch and a little bit about me!

Chicken Pasta Veggie Dish


1 Chicken Breast - broiled each side for 3-4  minutes and baked for 15 minutes
1/2 Box of Mini Farfalle Pasta (Cooked how you like it)
1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 1 yellow squash, and about 9 mushrooms (all peeled and cut up)

I first sauteed the mushrooms with a little bit of butter.  I added the carrots, zucchini and yellow squash and sauteed on low heat.  Once I saw that the veggies were cooked just about enough, I added the cut up chicken and the pasta.  I added a small amount of water and simmered for about 10 more minutes so that the flavor of the veggies would go into the chicken!

YUM!!  This made a small batch.. probably enough for two.  I would just add more of everything to make it for a larger family!
